Founder & CEO
Nasrat established Sebrina in 1995 as a family office to manage the family’s investments and businesses. Under Nasrat’s leadership, the group’s oil trading and assets business have grown into a multi-billion dollar company.
Nasrat develops the group’s mid to long term strategies and manages overall operations.
Nasrat holds a Chemical Engineering degree from University of Southern California and a MSc Mechanical & Chemical Engineering from California State University. He also attended Pepperdine University’s part-time MBA program.
Group Financial Controller
With over 20 years of experience in the energy and commodities sector, Zoe has extensive experience in financial reporting, tax planning, risk management and control to assist the management in the formulation and implementation of the group’s strategy.
Zoe is a Chartered Accountant of Institute of Singapore Chartered Account (ISCA) and Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Director, Assets Group
Raouf has developed a strong track record in mergers & acquisitions, turnarounds and marketing & sales over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Raouf manages Sebrina’s oil assets and non-oil portfolio investments.
Prior to joining Sebrina, Raouf held a variety of senior positions in ExxonMobil.
Raouf holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
